Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the D&A product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will guide the product through its lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, prioritizing features based on strategic goals and customer needs.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, analytics, and finance to define requirements, translate business goals into product specs, and drive high-impact initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, Technology or related disciplines.
  • At least 12 years’ experience of pre-sales / solutions consulting/ product management/ project management.
  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessment.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill, with experience in dealing with senior management and all levels including across matrix teams.
  • Independent, detailed oriented, and a good team player.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and analytics teams.
  • Ability to translate business goals into product requirements.
  • Ownership mindset, proactive collaboration with teams for success.
  • Continuous growth mindset and commitment to learning.
  • Fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy and product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Manage risks & issues and execute on product build.

  • Lead continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with GTM, Technology, Sales, CX, Solution Architecture, Pricing and Finance to define requirements.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to ensure quality and user satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and perform research to inform strategy.
  • Lead development with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Gather feedback from customers and sellers to inform strategy and business cases.
  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specs.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure performance and risks.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop business cases for initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship to junior product managers and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Keep abreast of latest market trends, perform research to inform strategy and understand customer’s needs, industry trends, and competition landscape.
  • Lead the product development process, collaborating with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Gather feedback from customers and sellers to inform strategy, validate product/feature hypothesis, and drive business case creation as part of strategic planning process.
  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure product performance, trends, and risks to inform data driven decisions about areas for improvement.
  • Identify new opportunities in the market and develop business cases for product initiatives to validate market readiness.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and team members.
