Job Title: Product Manager

About the Role
This role is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management for healthcare technology solutions, including digital and point-of-care products designed for hospital environments. The Product Manager serves as the voice of the customer, translating market insights into innovative products that improve clinical workflows, enhance user experience, and drive business growth.
Working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and commercial teams, this position oversees product planning from concept through launch while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept, development, launch, enhancement, and retirement.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify market trends and unmet customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver product releases.
- Define product positioning, buyer personas, user personas, use cases, and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with marketing to develop product messaging, sales enablement materials, value propositions, and launch plans.
- Support sales teams and distribution partners through product training, presentations, and customer-facing content.
- Monitor product performance, revenue forecasts, customer adoption, and market success to guide future enhancements.
- Work closely with business operations to support forecasting, reporting, and commercial planning.
- Build relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and industry experts to gather product feedback and validate new concepts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product releases and customer acceptance.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align product strategy, development priorities, and commercialization efforts.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and healthcare trends to drive product innovation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in product management, product strategy, or product adoption.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and market-driven product development.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and product management or collaboration tools.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience within healthcare technology, medical devices, digital health, hospital systems, or supply chain solutions.
- Knowledge of hospital workflows, pharmacy operations, or clinical environments.
- Understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
- Experience launching digital products or software-enabled healthcare solutions.
- Strong data analysis and business intelligence capabilities.
- Experience working with international or global product teams.
