Job summary

Koroseal is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support development, launch, and lifecycle management of assigned product portfolios. This role collaborates with Product Management and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into action through market research, analysis, and coordination.

Based onsite in Medina, OH, the Associate PM will coordinate development activities, gather VOC, track performance, and help prepare business cases, roadmaps, and launch materials while ensuring

Responsibilities

Description

The Associate Product Manager supports the development, launch, performance, and ongoing management of assigned Koroseal product portfolios. This role works closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to turn product priorities into action through market research, product analysis, project coordination, product data management, and launch support.

Working across Marketing, Sales, Design, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and supplier partners, the Associate Product Manager helps keep product initiatives organized and moving forward while ensuring product information, documentation, and launch requirements are accurate and complete.

This position reports to Product Manager and is based onsite in the Medina, OH corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, customer, industry, and competitive research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and potential product opportunities.
• Analyze product, SKU, pricing, competitive, and portfolio information and prepare findings to support product strategy, lifecycle decisions, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Gather and organize Voice of Customer feedback from customers, sales teams, channel partners, and other stakeholders and summarize findings to support product decisions and improvements.
• Track product and portfolio performance, prepare reports and updates, and identify items requiring additional review or follow-up.
• Coordinate new product development activities, including project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, samples, testing, documentation, and launch requirements.
• Partner with Design, R&D, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and suppliers to coordinate project deliverables and keep product initiatives on schedule.
• Coordinate prototypes, samples, product testing, performance validation, sustainability requirements, and compliance documentation as needed.
• Support product launches by coordinating product information, samples, pricing, training materials, digital assets, presentations, catalogs, and other sales and customer-facing materials.
• Develop product information and training content and support internal teams with product applications, specifications, features, and launch information.
• Provide ongoing product support to Sales and other internal teams, helping ensure questions are addressed and accurate product information and materials are available.
• Gather post-launch performance information and field feedback and coordinate follow-up activities to support product adoption and continuous improvement.
• Create, maintain, and update SKUs, pricing, specifications, product attributes, and related PLM, ERP, and item-master information for assigned products.
• Maintain accurate and current product specifications, testing records, compliance documentation, project files, status reports, and other required product documentation.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including product changes, SKU activation, rationalization, delisting, sample updates, and other portfolio maintenance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and strategic partners regarding samples, specifications, development activities, timelines, testing, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Support the evaluation of new materials, technologies, and product concepts and help translate approved concepts into coordinated development activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, product development, product marketing, project management, marketing, sales support, design, or a related business function preferred. Relevant internship or co-op experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and evaluate market, customer, competitive, product, and financial information and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
• Ability to learn product applications, specifications, performance attributes, testing requirements, and technical considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and personal accountability.
• Ability to work independently within established priorities while recognizing when additional direction or escalation is needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP, PLM, project management, or data analysis tools is a plus.
