Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Category Strategy, Assortment, and Space Management capabilities in Marlborough, MA. You will collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Store Operations, Data & AI, and Technology to modernize capabilities and leverage data, AI, optimization, and automation for faster, smarter decisions.

The role requires leadership of cross-functional delivery from discovery to launch and value

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Category Strategy, Assortment, and Space Management.
• Partner with Merchandising to translate business needs into scalable product capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive capabilities across category strategy, assortment optimization, localization/clustering, item rationalization.
• Macro/micro space planning, and planograms.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through UAT, launch, adoption, and value realization.
• Manage integration with adjacent capabilities including MFP, pricing/promotion, ERP/SAP, POS, Club Systems.
• Evaluate third-party platforms and partners, including roadmap alignment and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Define and track KPIs including sales/margin lift, assortment and space productivity, inventory performance, planogram compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Category Strategy, Assortment, and Space Management.
• Partner with Merchandising to translate business needs into scalable product capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive capabilities across category strategy, assortment optimization, localization/clustering, item rationalization,
