The role

You are our first dedicated product manager. Every internal and external surface of our technology and service offering you will have a chance to build or influence.

Our platform is wide: an evaluation engine that scores titles, a mission system that generates capture plans, a desktop capture app, AI scene analysis that annotates output, and the customer-facing delivery and API that AI labs use to query and pull data. You define what these are, how they fit together, and what ships next.

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap and product development across internal and external customer surfaces.
• Write specs, run the backlog, and ship with engineering and research.
• Turn operator and customer feedback into a prioritized, shippable plan.
• Define success metrics for each surface and hold the product to them.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in product management at a similar company: data, AI, developer tools, or technical platform.
• Demonstrated use of building and using agentic workflows.
• Track record owning both internal tools and external product, ideally with an API or data delivery surface.
• Strong technical fluency. You work directly with engineering and research and earn their trust.
• Clear writer and prioritizer. You bring order to a wide surface area.
• Comfortable in an early, fast environment where you define the process as you go.

Nice to have

• Experience with data pipelines, annotation tooling, or content/asset management systems.
• Desktop application or SDK product experience.
• Video game industry background or a genuine gaming enthusiast.
