Our team takes an idea all the way through concept, architecture, proofs of concept, MVP, and a shipping-ready release. What we need now is someone to take it from there.This is product management in its fullest sense. You will take a finished product, make it yours, and own everything that happens next: how it is positioned, how it is marketed, how it is sold, and where it goes. You will be the person living closest to the market — and the one who tells us what to build next.You are the loop between the market and the product. We build; you take it to the world and tell us where to point it.## What You'll Do* Product marketing — positioning, messaging, and how the product shows up to the world* Commercialization — turning interest into customers, hands-on in the sales motion* Customer value — staying close enough to the market to know what actually matters* The roadmap — translating what you learn into the product direction, feeding those needs back to our build team, then going back out to sell what is next## What We're Looking For* Early in your career but think like an owner* Equally comfortable writing a positioning line, running a demo, and reading a roadmap* Would rather talk to customers than hide behind a screen* Want a role where marketing, sales, and product are not three departments — they are just you* Valid U.S. driver license; able to work on-site in Las Vegas* Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (apphero.tech does not sponsor employment visas for this role, now or in the future)* Genuine interest in the public sector or education space## Compensation* Full-time, on-site in Las Vegas to start; hybrid possible over time (never fully remote)* Base salary + performance bonus* Sales commission## Your Path ForwardOwn a product end-to-end and grow with it.
