Job summary

Paysafe is a global payments platform seeking a Product Manager for Skrill to define the product vision for complex, multi‑team capabilities and guide Product Managers and Engineering leaders to deliver scalable payment solutions. This role follows a hybrid work model with three days onsite in our Jacksonville, Florida office.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams to drive growth, translate market needs into value, mentor peers, and shape Paysafe's

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in payments or fintech.

We are seeking a Product Manager for Skrill - a senior, highly strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise‑critical product initiatives and shaping Paysafe’s long‑term platform direction. In this role, you will leverage deep domain expertise, strong cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to influence decisions at the highest levels of the organization. You will define the product vision for complex, multi‑team capabilities and guide Product Managers and Engineering leaders to deliver scalable, innovative payment solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who operates as a thought leader, a strategic problem solver, and a connector across organizational boundaries. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week onsite in our Jacksonville, Florida office.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key Skrill capabilities.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into scalable payment solutions.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, digital wallets, or platform products.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to delivery.
• Strong understanding of payments, APIs, risk, compliance, and platform ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with senior leadership and driving business impact.
