Overview

Support the strategic discovery, planning and transition of the subscriptions engineering and product management back-end work.

Scope of Work

• Coordination: Manage stakeholder engagement and facilitate routine status reporting.
• Assessment: Document and engage in the discovery, results, recommendations, risks, effort assessment, backlog development.
• Visibility: Create and maintain documentation for stakeholder and leadership progress reviews.
• Framework: Establish the transition roadmap, organizational Operating Model, governance plan and RACI matrix to ensure organized transition.

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, guiding stakeholder management, roadmap planning, and internal collaboration with technical teams.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional data initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics workflows, including data ingestion, modeling, and visualization.
• Strong communicator comfortable working with executive and technical stakeholders alike.
• Comfortable writing user stories, creating test plans, and validating datasets.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Jira or similar tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $75.00/hr.
