What Will You Get To Do:

  • Manage all day-to-day marketing activities for assigned categories including project management, product portfolio management, sales force support, program developmen t, packaging development and implementation, promotional programs and tools, sales brochures, catalogs, and selling materials
  • Develop market information to support business strategy and marketing program development, competitor analysis (product lines and positioning, new introductions, capabilities, SWOT, etc.), market size, trend, and share analysis for key product categories and channels, understanding of key end use product trends to guide product development
  • Lead product development for assigned categories including product development strategy, idea generation and innovation processes, internal and external resource management, timeline and product protocol adherence, product launch
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned categories and channels
  • Collaborates with appropriate internal sales, engineering, and operations managers to build, and execute initiatives
  • Leads project teams
  • Develop and manage promotion and marketing communications activities for assigned categories
  • Directs collateral and other support materials
  • Support sales with customer calls and trade show support
  • Develop sales force support material to drive fact based selling efforts

What Will You Bring:

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated work experience in B2B product line, and strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Project Management/Reporting software
