Job Description: For Fidia offices in Germany, we are recruiting a Product Manager (f/m/x) – Wound Care. Founded in 1946, Fidia is an Italian multinational pharmaceutical company, with R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales capabilities, and an extensive product portfolio, mainly based on Hyaluronic Acid, in strategic therapeutic areas such as Joint Care, Eye Care, Skin Care, Specialty Care, Health&Wellness Care. Headquartered in Abano Terme (PD), Fidia extends its global reach through local partners and distributors in 120+ countries worldwide, as well as with wholly owned subsidiaries.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and deliver impactful marketing materials dedicated to wound care, while training and coaching the sales force during Cycle Meetings
• Execute both local and global strategies, working in close collaboration with the Headquarters in Italy to co-create aligned and comprehensive marketing plans
• Manage budgets for marketing activities, ensuring efficient resource use
• Conduct demand and sales planning, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed
• Manage and collaborate with partners to enhance marketing efforts
• Perform market observation and competitor analysis, with particular attention to trends and opportunities in the wound care segment
• Organize global and local events to promote Fidia's products and services

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in dermatology, skincare, wound care or related therapeutic areas
• Prior field experience as a Medical Representative is a plus, bringing valuable customer and market insights
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategic planning
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent German and very good English language skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, including close cooperation with cross-functional teams and the Global Marketing team at Headquarters
• Experience in budget management and efficient resource allocation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
