Thomson Reuters is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive the development and commercialization of innovative analytical solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic business objectives. The Product Manager owns the vision, direction, and priorities for a larger, more complex, or strategic product or group of products, managing the full product lifecycle from strategic planning through to tactical execution. They understand the needs of the customers the product is designed to serve in depth, communicate those needs crisply across the organization, and work with design and engineering to translate them into clear priorities, compelling roadmaps, and high-impact solutions. They reason across the full system understanding how decisions in their area impact adjacent products, teams, and the end-to-end customer experience and bring the right people into the room to make trade-offs visible. They confidently shape product direction with a clear view of commercial impact, balancing short-term delivery with long-term system health and customer trust, and maintain a sharp sense of focus on the right problems, the right customers, the right investments, treating scope creep and the impulse to build for everyone as the strategic risks they are. The balance between tactical execution and strategic vision is critical at this level, as is the ability to coordinate across multiple functions simultaneously and to lead in building AI-enabled products and experiences with depth and credibility. This is a hybrid role.
