In this exciting, newly established role, you will define our product vision, create actionable multi-year roadmaps, and bring groundbreaking ideas to fruition. You'll uniquely combine strategic thinking with exceptional execution, ensuring that each product delivers tangible value.

You will engage closely with key stakeholders, dive deep into venue operations, and collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Project Management, and Development teams to uncover user needs and create software solutions that truly make a difference.

This opportunity goes beyond the traditional Product Manager role; it's your chance to leave a lasting mark on a growing organization and the future of our food software landscape.

We're seeking candidates based in the Baltimore area who can primarily work from our home office in Lutherville, MD. We're also happy to consider applicants within a reasonable commuting distance.

Are you ready to help shape what’s next? Join us and help transform the future of our food software.

What you'll get:
  • Collaborative team environment.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Beautiful offices with possibility of limited local remote work.
  • A company whose values you can trust and believe in.
  • Growing business with opportunities for your personal career progression.
What you'll do:
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands. Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Oversee the development process, coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure that the project stays on track.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews to ensure the development team is aligned with the product goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to drive product excellence.
  • Work through product roadblocks through problem-solving and initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Plan and execute product launches and prepare support materials.
  • Track product performance through metrics and analytics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from users to continually improve the product.

  • Meet regularly with staff attorneys to ensure compliance with subject matter.
What you'll need:
  • Several years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) is often preferred, though relevant experience and skills can sometimes substitute for formal education.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and user experience to ensure the product meets or exceeds user expectations.
  • Knowledge of software development processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with programming concepts and technologies relevant to the product.
  • Experience in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Ability to envision the long-term potential of the product and align it with business goals.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams, including development, design, marketing, and customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear product documentation, presentations, and reports.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Skills in conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
