Job summary

Gravitee is seeking a Product Manager to shape the roadmap for Gravitee.io and related products. You’ll work with engineering, design, and sales to deliver world-class API, event, and AI-enabled solutions.

This role blends technical depth with customer insight, requiring collaboration across teams and regions, and the ability to move quickly in a high-growth, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Drive and eagerness to learn new technologies, including use of AI to accelerate different phases of the product function.
• Strong technical background, ideally in engineering, or managing highly technical products.
• Experience in roles bridging software and customer-facing work is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and adjacent technologies.
• Foundational knowledge and excitement about AI, cloud, event-driven architecture, and security.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap around several Gravitee products.
• Work closely with engineering through product discovery, design, and development lifecycle.
• Collect, understand and prioritize needs of users globally to inform product iterations and communicate those needs clearly to the team and the business.
• Prototype new products and features by using the latest advances in AI-assisted development.
• Develop and report on key metrics associated with your product, crafting action plans as needed based on insights and trends.
• Present, discover and present solutions in front of customers and prospects with field teams.
• Communicate and present product growth strategy needs to engineers, designers and business teams.
• Perform analysis and gather market insights about competitor landscape on an on-going basis.
• Collaborate with UI/UX team on crafting human-centered customer experiences and a great product onboarding experience.
• Support product marketing and sales enablement to craft customer-focused messaging and content.

The Role

Gravitee.io is taking APIs to the next level, we are the premier, Agentic API & Event Management platform and we want everyone to know how amazing our software is. To make this happen, we are looking for someone passionate, curious and ambitious. This is where you come in. We are currently recruiting for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving some of the hardest problems in enterprise IT, while designing user experiences that can make technologies fun and easy to work with.

What You’ll Be Doing

Essential Skills

• A drive and eagerness to learn new technologies and skills, including use of AI to accelerate different phases of the product function.

• Strong technical background, ideally in engineering, or managing highly technical products.

• While no previous experience in product management is required for this role, it is advantageous to have been in roles that sit between the software and customer, such as solutions engineering, consulting or customer success.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders and public audiences verbally and in writing.

• Good understanding of REST APIs and adjacent technologies.

• Foundational knowledge and excitement about technologies like AI, cloud computing, event-driven architecture, and security.

Salary: Up to $219,375 (Base + OTE)
