Job description

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and execution-focused Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital features, integrations, and core platform capabilities. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and technical architecture. You will collaborate directly with our UI/UX Product Designer to map out seamless workflows, while partnering with our Engineering leadership (including our CTO and Director of Engineering) to translate product visions into clear, actionable technical roadmaps and development sprints.

Your primary mission will be to transform customer pain points, market feedback, and technical capabilities into a scalable product strategy that drives user adoption and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Roadmap Ownership & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap, balancing short-term engineering bugs with long-term strategic feature deployments.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the central hub of communication between design, engineering, QA, and growth marketing to ensure features are delivered on schedule and align with business objectives.
  • PRD Writing & Agile Execution: Write comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), break down complex initiatives into user stories, manage the product backlog, and lead agile sprint planning ceremonies.
  • User Research & Data-Driven Insights: Conduct frequent qualitative user interviews and deep-dive quantitative data analytics to evaluate feature adoption, friction points, and overall platform utility.
  • Market Alignment: Work closely with our Restaurant Solutions and Operations teams to understand the real-world operational challenges of our partners and synthesize them into product improvements.
What we look for
  • 4+ years of dedicated software product management experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, B2B, or digital marketplace startup ecosystem.
  • Strong technical baseline and literacy, with a proven ability to confidently discuss API structures, database schemas, and engineering limitations alongside developers and architects.
  • Mastery of modern product management and agile collaboration toolsets, including extensive experience configuring Jira, Linear, Confluence, Notion, and wireframing suites like Figma.
  • Deep analytical capabilities with structured data tools, possessing experience leveraging Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or SQL to query user patterns and establish feature-success metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a native ability to articulate the "why" behind product decisions to engineers, executive stakeholders, and customers alike.
