Join our Predictive Analytics team within the Business Data & Analytics department as an Underwriting Analytics – Product Management Supervisor. This role provides leadership and strategic direction for embedding data and advanced analytics into underwriting workflows across Great American business units.
The Supervisor will lead a team of Technical Product Managers (2–3 direct reports) and serve as a trusted advisor to underwriting leadership, partnering closely with data science, data engineering, actuarial, IT, and shared service teams. The ideal candidate blends strong product leadership, underwriting domain expertise, and people management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across complex, matrixed environments.
This role is accountable for underwriting analytics enablement, improving adoption and ROI of existing tools, and guiding the evaluation and rollout of next generation underwriting analytics capabilities.
Great American’s culture is built on connection, shared learning, and strong relationships. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on‑site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs. Remote applicants who are qualified may also be considered.
