Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Product Management & Marketing Intern to support HyClone™ Cell Culture Media and Process Liquids & Buffers. You'll collaborate with senior product managers and global marketing leaders to shape strategy, analytics, and content across ecommerce and digital platforms.

You will gain hands-on experience in product management, market analysis, and AI-powered marketing tools, while working onsite in Logan, Utah under the Cell Culture Product Management team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Economics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date December 2027 or later.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

The Product Management & Marketing Intern will partner directly with senior product managers and global marketing leaders supporting the HyClone™ Cell Culture Media and Process Liquids & Buffers portfolio. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of biotechnology, business strategy, digital marketing, and customer experience. Throughout the summer, you'll contribute to high‑impact projects that help research institutions and biopharmaceutical companies develop life‑changing therapies. You'll gain hands‑on experience with product management, market analysis, ecommerce optimization, AI‑powered marketing tools, and cross‑functional business leadership. This position reports to the Director of Product Management and is part of the Cell Culture Product Management team located in Logan, Utah. This role is expected to be onsite.

What You'll Do

• Partner with product managers and marketing leaders on strategic initiatives that support growth of the HyClone™ portfolio.
• Improve customer experience across ecommerce and digital platforms through content optimization and customer journey enhancements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging industry trends and customer needs.
• Develop customer‑facing marketing content, product literature, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze website, customer, and business performance data to generate actionable recommendations.
• Explore and apply AI‑enabled marketing and business tools to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, R&D, and Customer Service.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Economics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to solve problems.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• It Would Be a Plus If You Have Experience with digital marketing, ecommerce, content creation, or social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered productivity or marketing tools.
• Exposure to Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or other business analytics platforms.
• Experience participating in student organizations, leadership roles, internships, or team projects.
• Interest in biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, or technology‑driven industries.
