Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager to drive experimentation and optimization across upfront application entry points. You will partner with Design, Credit Risk and Analytics to launch, monitor, and scale A/B tests that expand segmentations and improve conversion.

You will leverage AI to translate user insights into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering, while collaborating with Tech, Design and Marketing to ensure seamless frontend execution and robust

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Analytics, CS, etc.) or Business/Marketing.
Bachelor's degree in any field plus at least 3 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

Execute the experimentation roadmap for upfront application entry points with Design, Credit Risk and Analytics to launch and monitor A/B tests.
Optimize offer selection and counter-offer UX to present complex financial choices clearly and intuitively.
Leverage AI for rapid prototyping to translate insights and funnel data into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Tech, Design and Marketing to ensure frontend execution and accurate tracking of user behavior across screens.
Ensure a well-managed delivery process with proactive bug tracking, production health monitoring, and compliance for upfront application screens.
