Job summary

Under the Senior Manager of Digital Enablement, you will drive discovery, write actionable requirements, and oversee agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading product management in digital engineering or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 10% or less.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, value proposition, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and solutions.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to identify needs and opportunities.
• Translate business and customer needs into user stories and requirements for development teams.
• Monitor product adoption and performance; adjust roadmap based on feedback and objectives.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the product lifecycle and support delivery activities.
