CDM Smith is seeking a Product Management Lead to join our Business Technology team in the United States. You will define product vision, roadmap, and value with stakeholders, translating needs into executable outcomes and guiding cross-functional teams through delivery.

You will drive digital transformation initiatives, manage risk, coordinate with marketing and IT, and mentor team members while focusing on delivering measurable business value for complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software products from concept through launch.
• Experience leading discovery activities with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of product management principles, Agile software development, and requirements management.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and deliverables.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred experience with data, analytics, and AI-enabled products.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
