Job summary

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with Product Management concepts and practices.
• With guidance, perform standard Product Manager duties.
• Conduct client and market research for evaluation and planning.
• Analyze customer, market, and product application information.
• Support refining product vision and functional requirements.
• Engage with technical and product teams on design and planning.
• Prepare and distribute project status updates.
• Post-project evaluation and learn company PM standards.
• Understand why behind features and align with roadmap KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product Manager on business case input.

Hourly base pay rate is $26.63 - $40.00/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

What You’ll Do:

• Gains familiarity with Product Management concepts, practices, and methodologies.
• With guidance, performs standard Product Manager duties, including:
• Client and market research for product-related evaluation and planning.
• Conducting analysis and research to understand customer, market, and product application

• Supporting team efforts to develop and refine product vision and functional requirements.

• Understands the “why” behind each Feature and works with the Product Managers to understand the roadmap and supporting KPIs.
• Partners with Product Manager to provide input into business case documentation.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (in progress)
• Working knowledge of Product specialty/job area, principles, concepts, and practices.
• Strong writing ability.

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
