Qualifications

• Enjoys a fast-paced learning environment.
• Strong English writing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; LucidChart experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize product performance to boost revenue and customer engagement.
• Develop business/functional requirements, platform interactions, success criteria and project phasing with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze customer data to inform product recommendations and test ideas.
• Understand key priorities and meet deadlines.
• Communicate how new features work verbally and in writing.
