Job summary

Oatey’s Product Management Internship Program welcomes eager college students to gain hands-on experience in product strategy and roadmapping. The 12-week summer internship emphasizes mentorship, development, and exposure to leadership, with meaningful projects and potential for future opportunities within Oatey.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment, contribute to product launches, and develop skills through one-on-one mentorship, lunch series, and networking events.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student majoring in Business Management or Marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality.
• Knowledge of Office 365 including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assesses competitors by benchmarking the company’s products to competitor products.
• Participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) research.
• Assist in planning and carrying out product launches.
• Assist with driving projects through the New Product Development process.
• Assist with executing new and existing product/program launch materials.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials.
• Carryout daily and weekly product maintenance activities.
