Axos Bank's Summer Internship Program offers a 12-week Product Management internship to gain hands-on experience across the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, while collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

Interns participate in capstone projects, leadership sessions, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day, with two session dates to choose from and a path to showcase their work.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in gathering market data, identifying trends, and analyzing competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
• Help maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track progress on roadmap initiatives.
• Support communication between product, IT, and design teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
• Collect and organize product performance metrics; assist in preparing reports for leadership review.
• Help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new product features or system upgrades.
