Job summary

Epsilon, part of Publicis Groupe, offers a Product Intern role to help support our PeopleCloud platform and learn how product teams convert customer and business needs into practical solutions. You will work with cross-functional partners and gain exposure to the product lifecycle in a hybrid 2-days/week in-office setting.

This 11-week summer program emphasizes hands-on training, professional development, and networking, with potential for full-time opportunities after completion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Interest in product management, technology, digital marketing, customer experience.
• Enjoy solving problems and improving systems.
• Clear communication and collaboration with others.
• Able to manage assignments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Managers on real product initiatives and features.
• Learn how needs translate into product requirements and user stories.
• Participate in planning, brainstorming, and design discussions.
• Document requirements, decisions, and project updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI and other teams.
• Support product testing from a user perspective.
• Identify opportunities for improvement throughout development.
