Job summary

SAP iXp Intern - Product Management, Event Technology & Digital Platforms in Newtown Square, PA is a paid 6-month program starting October 2026. It offers 40 hours/week, and embedded work with the Digital Platforms team to influence how enterprise events are planned, delivered, and analyzed.

You will translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, gain SAFe agile exposure, and contribute to AI-driven attendee engagement and data-driven insights while collaborating across teams and platforms.

Qualifications

Pursuing degree in Marketing Technology, Business, CS, Digital Transformation or related field.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum or SAFe basics.
Experience with event tech platforms or enterprise CMS and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

Event Platform Operations: support day-to-day run operations of SAP's self-service event platform.
Requirements: translate stakeholder needs into clear product requirements with user stories.
Data insights: track platform performance, attendee engagement metrics and conversions.
AI & Personalization: assist in AI-driven features for agenda recommendations and content surfacing.
Agile delivery: participate in SAFe ceremonies and backlog management.
Governance & Responsible AI: assist audits for privacy and transparency.
Digital transformation: help roll out integrations with AEP, CMS microsites, and campaigns.
