You will support product management to improve program deliverables and manufacturing processes, while transcribing workflows for standardized formats and contributing to AI-related PM improvements. The internship targets BS/MS/PhD students in CS/EE/IE/ME with a 3.0+ GPA, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/MS/PhD in CS, EE, IE, or ME.
• GPA minimum 3.0.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
• Experience with project-management tools and reporting platforms (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Databricks).
• Plus: Lean, ECOs/PCNs, PM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist product management to improve program deliverables and manufacturing processes.
• Transcribe existing standardized work and convert to Qorvo format for DocCenter upload.
• Support and lead continuous improvement projects, including AI-related updates to PM practices.
