Responsibilities

• Research and analysis: Conduct market research and product usability studies, analyze customer feedback, help identify new product opportunities and ways to improve existing products.
• Product lifecycle management: Support full lifecycle management activities through product conceptualization, specification, development, launch, in‑life phases and discontinuation.
• Go‑to‑market strategy development: Learn how to identify the target markets, audiences, and channels for new products; create strong value propositions; define positioning and benefits and set sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Project support: Help prepare product launch assets, maintain competitive and market intelligence databases, participate in cross‑functional meetings, assist in tradeshow and event preparation and general administrative tasks.

Additional information

This is a temporary position (January 2027) working approximately 15‑20 hours per week in our San Luis Obispo, CA office.

Compensation Information

Range is $22 to $26/ hour depending on expertise. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
