Job summary

ITW Global Tire Repair in San Luis Obispo, CA is offering a Product Management Internship that provides hands-on experience in consumer goods marketing and product lifecycle. You will support the Product Manager, conduct market research, and assist with launches while collaborating across teams.

The program runs January 2027 for about 15-20 hours/week in the on-site office, with compensation between $22 and $26 per hour.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Research and analysis: Conduct market research and product usability studies, analyze customer feedback, help identify new product opportunities.
• Product lifecycle management: Support full lifecycle management activities through product conceptualization, development, launch, in-life phases and discontinuation.
• Go-to-market strategy development: Learn how to identify the target markets, audiences, and channels for new products; create strong value propositions; define positioning and benefits and set sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Project support: Help prepare product launch assets, maintain competitive and market intelligence databases, participate in cross-functional meetings, assist in tradeshow and event preparation and general administrative tasks.

Additional information

This is a temporary position (January 2027) working approximately 15-20 hours per week in our San Luis Obispo, CA office.

Compensation Information:

Range is $22 to $26/ hour depending on expertise. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
