Job summary

CSS is seeking a Manager - Product Management to lead a team of product managers and analysts, guiding products through the lifecycle from concept to delivery and optimization.

You will partner with development, marketing, and sales to translate customer needs into product strategy, oversee performance metrics, and drive revenue growth across multiple initiatives.

Travel up to 25% may be required; strong communication and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, technology, or project management concentrations, or related field (or equivalent).
• Master's degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of product managers and business analysts, including performance management.
• Owns outcomes of product lifecycle for the team and ensures success of Product Management.
• Reports lifecycle metrics to Directors and Executives on a scheduled basis.
• Manages the product development process for assigned products directly or via team.
• Analyzes markets, competitors, and customer buying patterns to project demand and profitability.
