You will have the opportunity to shape the story for Oracle Fusion Applications through written and visual narratives. We are looking for a creative product manager who excels at developing clear and differentiated messaging for technology solutions. You will have the opportunity to shape the story for Oracle Fusion Applications through written and visual narratives. You will work closely with our product management and marketing teams to communicate the value of AI built into our enterprise applications.
We are a small, collaborative, and hands-on team in product development that focuses on outbound communications, such as product line messaging, storytelling, sales collateral, executive presentations, and keynotes for global events.
Responsibilities
As Product Management Director for Messaging and Design, you will:
- Create messaging and storytelling that clearly communicate the business value of AI-powered applications
- Refine messaging based on product innovations, market shifts, and competitive landscape
- Develop visual content that elevates technical material and aligns with messaging
- Maintain brand and positioning consistency across content deliverables
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, related field or equivalent hands-on experience in related disciplines
- 8-15 years of product strategy, product marketing, or product management experience, preferably within a software or technology environment
- Ability to articulate business benefits of enterprise systems and technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating and delivering engaging content
- Skills in visual storytelling, executive presentations, and sales presentations, including expert skills in PowerPoint
- Self-motivated team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to manage ambiguity in a corporate environment

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 - $251,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

- Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
