CompoSecure in Somerset, NJ, invites a Director of Product Management for Arculus to own vision, strategy, and execution across the product portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable digital asset solutions.
The role requires 10+ years in product management with 4+ in leadership, and a track record of launching B2B/B2C digital products in fintech/security. Onsite work five days a week with a comprehensive benefits package.
The Director of Product Management, Arculus will own the vision, strategy, and execution of the Arculus product portfolio. This individual will lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, marketing, sales, operations, compliance, and executive leadership to deliver innovative security and digital asset solutions that meet evolving customer and market needs.
The ideal candidate brings significant experience in fintech, payments, cybersecurity, authentication technologies, digital identity, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and/or digital asset platforms, along with a proven track record of building and scaling innovative technology products. This leader combines strategic thinking with execution excellence and will be responsible for driving product innovation, accelerating growth, and ensuring successful delivery of market-leading solutions.
The role is based onsite in Somerset, NJ 5 days a week.
