• Data Mining & Analytics: Extract quantitative insights from various internal and external data sets.
• Financial modeling: Evaluate design tradeoffs and demonstrate customer value proposition.
• Requirements Definition and Capture: Work cross functionally with engineering, service, data science and sales teams to support product development and requirements generation.
• Documentation: Assist in the creation of product documentation, user guides, release notes and FAQs.
• Testing: Participate in product testing and provide feedback to the development team.
• Track KPIs: Monitor metrics to gauge product success.
• Product Launch Support: Contribute to the rollout of new products or features.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Product Management Co-Op to join our dynamic product team. As a Product Management Intern, you will have the chance to gain valuable hands‑on experience in product management while working closely with our experienced product managers. Need to be able to commute to office in Westborough, MA. Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Desire to develop a deep understanding of products, customer concerns and market requirements
• Cross-functional collaboration spanning technical, financial, operational, etc.
• Capability to find solutions to complex problems, assess risks, and present data-informed arguments
• Adaptable to the needs and changes of the organization
• Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills.

Education and Experience
