Job summary

HarbourVest Partners, based in Boston, seeks a Product Management Associate to support its global Direct Co-Investment platform, sitting at the crossroads of investments, fundraising, client engagement, and business strategy. The role offers broad exposure to product development and investor communications.

You will collaborate with Investment, Investor Relations, Solutions, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Tax teams to drive fundraising success and client servicing across Direct Co-Investment

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of private markets and financial concepts.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Direct Co-Investment investment and Investor Relations for fundraising and client servicing.
• Support full lifecycle of Direct Co-Investment products and client relationships.
• Develop investor materials: presentations, fund updates, PPMs, DDQs, RFP responses.
• Coordinate responses to investor inquiries and due diligence.
• Conduct market and portfolio research to inform strategy and positioning.
• Prepare analyses and recurring client materials.
• Support strategic client initiatives and portfolio reporting.
• Monitor fund performance and reporting metrics.
• Drive process improvements and data-enabled solutions.
