HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited is seeking an Associate in Boston to support the growth and management of its Direct Co-Investment platform. You will work across investments, fundraising, client engagement, and business strategy, gaining exposure to product development and investor communications.

The role collaborates with global teams to deliver fundraising success, client servicing, and strategic initiatives, with a hybrid work arrangement and a base in the Boston office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Direct Co-Investment investment team and Investor Relations to support fundraising and client servicing.
• Assist in the full lifecycle of Direct Co-Investment products and client relationships from development to monitoring and reporting.
• Prepare investor materials, including presentations, PPMs, DDQs, RFP responses, data rooms and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate responses to investor inquiries and due diligence, including quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Conduct market and portfolio research to support product positioning and fundraising efforts.
• Monitor fund and portfolio performance, capital activity and liquidity to support reporting.
• Drive process improvements and technology-enabled solutions for reporting and scalability.
