  • Analytical Thinking & Data‑Driven Decisions - Ability to use data, analytics, KPIs, and A/B testing to inform product decisions, evaluate performance, and continuously optimize features and experiences.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to define, build, and launch product and platform capabilities.
  • Execution & Delivery Excellence - Strong execution skills with the ability to manage priorities, milestones, and dependencies in an agile environment while delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management - Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and align teams around shared objectives.
  • Continuous Learning & Adaptability - Eagerness to learn industry trends, emerging technologies, and new methodologies, with a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Who You Are
  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
