Job summary

MKS is seeking a Product Line Specialist to support the Product Line Management team by coordinating customer programs and ensuring timely communication of project status. This role develops towards a Product Line Manager position with increasing responsibility for customer engagement and business leadership.

You will collaborate across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams, managing milestones, reviews, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related experience; MS or PhD education considered as part of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional execution from opportunity through delivery.
• Track project status, identify risks, and support on-time execution.
• Manage action items and ensure timely follow-up across stakeholders.
• Coordinate project review meetings, customer status calls, and cross-functional discussions.
• Create status reports, executive summaries, and program review materials.
• Present project updates to customers and leadership with risk and next steps.
