Product Line Manager (PLM) Responsibilities

• Assist in the lifecycle management of key 1Finity UOS products, such as T700 and the L1000/L2000 series.
• Focus on beginning and middle-of-life functions for these relatively new flagship products.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and its associated functions.
• Track product releases via Aha and Goldmine.
• Collaborate with Development (East and West) on issue resolution and schedule alignment.
• Coordinate source documentation for Knowledge Creation (KC) and customer user guides.
• Manage customer field issues and coordinate with Sales on customer communication.
• Work with TDU on root cause analyses and messaging to customers on investigation findings.
• Support customer lab trials.
• Collaborate closely with Product Planning (East and West), Development (East and West), Sales, Operations, and NSIBU.

Compensation

Salary is geographically aligned and estimated at $148,677 to $212,395 USD. This role may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
