**Salary Range:** $108,749.97 - $159,499.96 annually (based on skills, experience, market, and business considerations)

Eaton’s GEIS division is seeking a Product Line Manager for Spring Steel Fasteners, a key role in a growing marketplace. The role involves developing product line strategies, driving sales growth, and enhancing profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, entrepreneurial drive, and experience in product management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global product strategies aligned with innovation and market needs.
  • Implement go-to-market plans to increase sales, market share, and profitability.
  • Collaborate across global teams to foster innovation and product development.
  • Engage with sales teams to identify opportunities and drive product adoption.
  • Create training materials and support sales initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering to execute new product initiatives and cost savings.
  • Manage pricing strategies, product mix, and inventory levels to meet financial targets.
  • Monitor market trends and develop accurate forecasts.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years in engineering, sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s in engineering or business; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years in electrical, construction, or manufacturing industries.
