Responsibilities

The Position:

The Product Line Manager III will develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability for assigned products/services, maintain relationships with market stakeholders, define roadmaps, and oversee product lifecycle and data accuracy.

Product Definition

• Analyze market segments, develop business plans, lead strategy sessions, and create 5-year roadmaps.
• Identify market problems, lead size/scope strategies, and manage product KPIs.
• Decide build vs. buy programs supporting company vision.
• Focus on acquiring new and switching customers, and manage product data and lifecycle strategies.

Roadmapping/Strategy/Innovation/Research

• Participate in industry road mapping, develop product plans, and collaborate on product interdependencies.

Communication

• Lead external meetings, analyze win/loss data, and communicate product plans internally and externally.

Issue Identification/Resolution

• Identify and resolve issues impacting implementation and delivery, ensuring quick resolution of in-service issues.

The salary range is $131,000 – $220,000, with potential bonuses and incentives based on experience and location.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Degree in EE or CS preferred, or 14+ years relevant experience.
• 10+ years in Product Management or Marketing, aerospace or related industry experience preferred.
