Job summary
iDesign, based near Solon, OH, is seeking a detail-oriented catalog coordinator to execute new item setup and maintain the catalog through the product life cycle. You will support the Product Manager, Sourcing and Design Team with development efforts and ensure data accuracy across Centric PLM and ERP systems.
The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive catalog opportunities and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong analytical abilities and SKU management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Fast-paced, self-motivated and collaborative.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Responsibilities
- Support Product Manager and Design Team with new product development.
- Manage new SKU/item setup in Centric PLM and verify ERP data.
- Review sourcing quotes and product samples; request changes as needed.
- Maintain item updates through full product life cycle from creation to launch.
- Prepare weekly and ad hoc reports for internal teams.
- Analyze product lines, profitability, and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and communicate status.
