The position focuses on integrating cross-functional teams to ensure realistic, executable plans aligned to factory capability while balancing cost, quality, schedule, and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand and priorities into integrated execution plans.
• Lead recovery planning across assigned scope.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Maintain visibility to execution performance.
• Support NPI readiness and manufacturing execution.
• Provide operational inputs to capacity, forecast, and program reviews.
• Provide production plan for product lifecycle gates.
