Job summary

Brodart Co. is seeking a Product Specialist to manage product lifecycles across assigned categories. You will work with vendor partners, implement merchandising and pricing strategies, and drive market penetration through data analysis and research.

You will coordinate numerous projects, maintain strong product data, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to achieve company goals. Requires an associate degree and solid Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing development or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to analyze historical product line performance and forecast future growth.
• Ability to maintain a clear, deep understanding of the products and product lines managed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and data-driven merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle for products in assigned categories through vendor partnerships and merchandising techniques.
• Determine the most effective merchandising technique for the category and coordinate selling information to internal and external users.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with varying levels of complexity and scope.
• Set pricing based on competitive reviews and market trends.
• Oversee catalog production and coordinate related marketing materials and merchandising strategies.
