Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, buying, e-commerce, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across product data, pricing and inventory.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; ability to use formulas and VLOOKUP in Excel.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and RepLink a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication with vendors, sales reps and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities; switch between analytical, creative and support tasks.
• Willingness to travel for brand visits, trade shows and events.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Merchandising Team Member plays a central role in building and maintaining the company's brand portfolio, from initial brand evaluation through onboarding, catalog management, and ongoing vendor relations. This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, IT, and Warehouse teams to keep product data accurate, inventory flowing, and communication moving between vendors, sales reps, and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple brands and systems at once, and able to shift between analytical work, creative tasks, and hands‑on customer support.

Brand and Catalog Maintenance

• Conduct sales analysis to support brand selection and assortment decisions
• Create new vendors and brands in the company system
• Build import sheets in partnership with the brand and upload product data to the website
• Manage ongoing assortment, item status, item pricing, and price changes for active brands
• Maintain SKU and item number updates, product images, RepLink records, and feed updates
• Perform ongoing brand analysis to evaluate performance

Process Improvement

• Contribute to the ongoing creation of policies and procedures for Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Communications, and Customer Service company-wide
