Job summary

Clysar LLC is seeking a Product Line and Compliance Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our product lines, from concept through manufacturing, with emphasis on regulatory integrity and profitability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, regulatory compliance, or technical project management in manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in cost accounting, financial modeling, margin analysis, and business case development.
• Demonstrated experience managing product compliance frameworks, third-party lab testing protocols, and manufacturing regulatory documentation.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and excellent communication with sales and plant floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from R&D to obsolescence.
• Develop robust business cases for new product introductions (NPI).
• Conduct financial product reviews, analyzing margins and pricing models.
• Define product positioning and value propositions for commercial advantage.
• Act as primary liaison between sales and manufacturing to balance demand and capacity.
• Translate commercial requirements into technical specs for R&D, Quality, and Operations.
• Manage cross-functional workflows for transitioning from sampling to standard production.
• Oversee regulatory compliance activities and maintain documentation, including third-party testing.
• Monitor global regulations and identify risks to formulations and processes.
