Job summary

The company is seeking an experienced Product Lifecycle Assurance IC to scale the GRC function across our product stack, ensuring customer and regulatory compliance at launch and during regressions; you will partner with Product, Security, Legal, and Privacy to provide assurance on how user data is handled and how compliance claims are evidenced.

You will own end-to-end product assurance from inception to continuous post-launch monitoring, building guardrails in the infrastructure, workflows,

Qualifications

• Experience building technical controls, metrics, monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Ability to run end-to-end cross-functional product assurance programs.
• Proven ability to influence partner teams and governance across Safety, Deployment, Security, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Operate end-to-end product assurance from development to post-launch monitoring.
• Own the GRC product assurance program and governance over safety, deployment, security, and legal reviews.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability across the program.
• Build scalable controls in infrastructure, developer workflows, and launch tooling.
• Provide guidance to teams to design and launch safe products with verifiable controls.
• Apply judgement in launch reviews and manage OAI risk posture.
