We are seeking a practice attorney to support our nationally recognized product liability practice in the San Diego or Los Angeles offices. Fully remote candidates will also be considered depending on location.
The group is renowned for representing flagship consumer brands and aviation products, often handling high-stakes, bet-the-company matters for national and international manufacturers. Our team, comprising over 70 attorneys across Perkins' offices, is also nationally ranked for expertise in counseling and representing manufacturers in mass tort disputes.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in product liability law or similar litigation. Excellent academic credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication skills are required.
This is a non-partnership track position with a lower annual billable hour requirement. We offer a competitive compensation structure and a collegial, collaborative, and supportive work environment.

Compensation range: $180,000 to $205,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
