• Associate's Degree or Paralegal Certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience; product liability experience preferred.
• Experience supporting litigation teams through all phases of case life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with attorneys, clients and support teams across all phases of litigation.
• Reviews and drafts discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and court pleadings.
• Performs document reviews and assists with document productions.
• Identifies and organizes factual evidence, deposition outlines, and exhibits.
• Drafts pleadings, motions, and supporting documents; proofreads for accuracy.
• Creates organizational systems for case documents and databases.
• Operates trial support technology and generates status reports.
