Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation-based experience (toxic tort, asbestos, pharma/medical device matters).
• Extensive witness, party and expert deposition practice is preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day case management.
• Manage cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation.
• Attend depositions, settlement conferences, and hearings.
• Prepare motions, discovery responses, and client reports.
• Assist in trial preparation including strategy and witness preparation.
