Qualifications

• Strong deposition and witness management capabilities preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tasks and the strategic process of case management.
• Handle cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation.
• Attend depositions, settlement conferences, and other hearings.
• Prepare motions, discovery responses, and client reports.
• Assist in trial preparation including strategy, discovery, and witness preparation.
