Job summary

CMBG3 Law LLC in Boston, MA seeks an Associate Attorney to join our nationwide firm handling product liability and complex litigation.

You will draft pleadings, handle discovery, develop case strategies, and work with witnesses under mentorship while contributing to client service and firm culture.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to MA and CA bar required; additional licenses a plus.
• 0–3 years of litigation experience, preferably in product liability or similar.
• Experience in a billable-hour law firm environment is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication with professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare, analyze, and respond to written discovery and manage exchanges with parties.
• Develop case strategies and defenses with mentorship and increasing autonomy.
• Research state and federal case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Interview and prepare witnesses and collaborate with experts and corporate reps.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in hearings.
• Assist with case evaluations, settlements, and client communications.
